All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Gift cards delivered via email are available after order is confirmed.

In addition to the following terms and conditions, the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (38/1978) is applicaple between Good Dog Oy and consumers. Good Dog Oy reserves the right to make changes to the terms of use without prior notice.

 

Products and prices

The products offered by Good Dog Oy are designed for pets.

In addition to GoodDog products, Good Dog Oy may also provide products from third parties.

Prices are presented in euros (EUR) and include VAT (24 %). Prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs vary by region and country.

Good Dog Oy reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases where the product has been sold at an incorrect price: 1) pricing error, 2) system error or 3) other similar error.

 

Payment methods

Order and Delivery

All orders made through gooddog.fi online store are processed within two business days. All orders received after 12 pm (EET/EEST) are considered as received on the following business day.

Good Dog Oy delivers all products within the European Union. All delivery dates are considered estimated deliveries given by a third party.

If Good Dog Oy is unable to process an order within the time agreed upon, it shall notify the consumer within 60 hours of the delay and provide an updated delivery date. If Good Dog Oy is unable to correct the mistake within a reasonable time, the consumer has the right to cancel the order.

Return

All products have a 14-day exchange and return policy. The products must be unused and returned in such condition as the products were received.

Good Dog Oy processes all exchanges and returns within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used by the consumer.

Disposition

The content of the website may not be used, copied or edited without the permission of Gooddog Oy.

Privacy

Gooddog Oy processes all personal information in a proper, confidential and secure manner. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without an obligation required by law or consumer's consent.
